One full-day Kindergarten class will be available in the 2018-2019 academic year. Children entering Kindergarten must be five (5) years of age by September 1, 2018. Please bring the child's Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate (if applicable), updated Immunization/physical forms signed by a doctor, and a non-refundable registration fee (made payable to OLV). Students are conditionally accepted into Kindergarten with full acceptance contingent upon displayed readiness on the Kindergarten entrance test.
Present preschool students, siblings of current students and children of alumni are accepted first into the Kindergarten class. Should any openings remain, a lottery to establish a waiting list will be conducted from those who have registered.
Open seats in grades 1-8 will be filled with first preference given to siblings of current students, children of alumni and then on a first come, first serve basis. All new students seeking admission in grade 1-8 are accepted based on current standardized test scores, report cards and attendance records. Students applying for admission must bring a copy of their current report card, standardized test results, birth certificate, baptismal certificate (if applicable), immunization/physical forms and a non-refundable registration fee.
Interviews with the Principal and Teacher are a part of the admission process for ALL new students. Accepted students are placed on a probationary period for 90 days.
