Registration for New Families

Please contact the office to receive more specific information regarding tuition and fees.

One full-day Kindergarten class will be available in the 2018-2019 academic year.  Children entering Kindergarten must be five (5) years of age by September 1, 2018.  Please bring the child's Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate (if applicable), updated Immunization/physical forms signed by a doctor, and a non-refundable registration fee (made payable to OLV). Students are conditionally accepted into Kindergarten with full acceptance contingent upon displayed readiness on the Kindergarten entrance test.

Present preschool students, siblings of current students and children of alumni are accepted first into the Kindergarten class.  Should any openings remain, a lottery to establish a waiting list will be conducted from those who have registered.

Open seats in grades 1-8 will be filled with first preference given to siblings of current students, children of alumni and then on a first come, first serve basis.  All new students seeking admission in grade 1-8 are accepted based on current standardized test scores, report cards and attendance records.  Students applying for admission must bring a copy of their current report card, standardized test results, birth certificate, baptismal certificate (if applicable), immunization/physical forms and a non-refundable registration fee.

Interviews with the Principal and Teacher are a part of the admission process for ALL new students.  Accepted students are placed on a probationary period for 90 days.

***The Principal, in her discretion, may at any time amend this policy.

Open Houses

Inquiring families are invited onto our campus and into our classrooms during scheduled Open Houses.  While visiting, families will have an opportunity to meet the faculty and to learn more about our mission and curriculum.  To schedule a private tour, please contact Marilyn Willand, Principal, 508-278-5851, or .

Tuition and Fees

OLV offers an affordable, quality private education.  Tuition and fees are set by the Consultative Board. Families may choose to pay tuition for the upcoming school year in full by May 1 or monthly through the FACTS plan. Families using the FACTS plan MUST register online with FACTS. Please contact the school office for more information.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance for Grades K-8 is available through the Diocesan Catholic Schools System Tuition Assistance Fund.  The Fund committee allocates financial aid monies to income eligible families.  In addition to the Committee's own criteria, application decisions are based on recommendations provided by the FACTS Grant & Aid program.

Please contact the school office with any questions.
