Please join us for a fun day of golf and good friends.

Our Lady of the Valley Regional School provides many children of the Blackstone Valley communities a quality education curriculum based on Christian values.  In addition to student tuition, members of the Parents’ Guild are responsible for providing supporting funds to keep the school on a sound financial footing.

Sponsor Information

To assist us in our fund raising efforts for this event, we are asking that you consider supporting the children of OLV by being a tournament sponsor. Below is a brochure which lists the different levels of sponsorship. Based on your sponsorship level, a sign will be posted on one of the tees at Blissful with your name on it - our way of saying “thank you” for your support.  Your donation will let many of the people in our area know that you are a caring supporter of our fine school.

Tournament Needs

How can you help the 2018 tournament?
1. Register your foursome to golf that day! It’s a ton of fun!
2. Sponsor the tournament at one of seven different levels.
3. Donate items toward the Live Auction, Grand Raffle and Raffle Baskets.
4. Send in a monetary donation! As little as $10 can go a long way!
5. Does your company match charitable donations?

Live Auction and Grand Raffle

The Golf Classic Committee is looking for a variety of items to be used for our live auction and raffles. We are actively seeking such big ticket items as:

  • Sporting event and concert tickets
  • Electronics such as flat screen TVs, laptops, and tablets/devices
  • Outdoor dining and entertaining goodies such as a grill, smoker, etc.
  • Weekend or weekly vacation homes
  • Sports memorabilia
  • Sporting equipment for golf, biking, hiking, etc.
  • Golf experiences or memberships

If you have an item to donate, please contact the Golf Committee at olvguild@gmail.com or complete the donation form and submit to school via the folder system, ATTN: Golf Classic.

All Basket items are due to school by Friday, April 27!

PreK 3 & PreK4: Summer Fun
Wagon, beach umbrella, ice packs/cooler, waterproof blanket, beach toys/games, bag with beach towels, sunscreen, gift cards for fun summer activities such as ice cream/book store/movies/mini-golf.

Kindergarten: Pamper Mom
Essential oils, bubble bath, bath salts, soft, fluffy towels, candles, a CD of meditative music, gift card to a local salon, gift card for a massage, gift card for lunch at a great local restaurant.

1st Grade: Honey-Do List
Tools, tool bag/box, small yard equipment (leaf blower, weed wacker, saw) quick-fix items (duct tape, crazy glue, WD-40), car cleaning supplies, extension cords, hose, flashlights/lantern, small travel cooler/ice packs, gift cards to Koopman Lumber, Home Depot, Lowe’s, or local landscape companies.

2nd Grade: Spirit of Summer
Cooler, ice packs, wine chiller, koozies/glasses, openers, beach snacks, outdoor games, craft beers and wines, gift cards to restaurants or for summer activities. (Note: If you cannot deliver alcohol related items into the school office, please contact Mary Lemire to arrange for pick-up.) 

3rd Grade: Morning Coffee
For a true coffee lover, filled with all things coffee!  Keurig, varieties of coffee including pods and pounds, specialty mugs, coffee flavored goodies, subscription to a coffee of the month club, and gift cards to local coffee/breakfast places.

4th Grade: Home & Garden
Think spring!  Gardener’s tote/basket, garden cart, gardening gear like tools, pruners, kneelers, gloves; garden rack, planters and flower pots, hose, watering cans, bulbs and seeds, plant food, fertilizers, bags of soil, yard decorations/flag, sunscreen, hand lotion, gardening center/store gift cards to Koopman Lumber, Home Depot, Lowe’s or local landscape companies.

5th Grade: Off to College
XL twin sheet set, bath towels, shower caddy, surge protectors, sewing kit, travel umbrella, backpack, desk lamp, gift cards for memberships to Netflix, Amazon prime, or gift cards to Target, Walmart, and chain restaurants.

6th Grade: Camping Weekend
Fire pit, lantern, travel size grill and utensils, bug spray, sunscreen, rain ponchos, folding camp chairs, s’more ingredients, paper supplies, campground gift cards, gift cards to sporting goods stores such as Bass Pro Shop, LL Bean, Cabella’s.

7th Grade: Shopping Anyone?
Any local or national retail establishment for shopping or restaurant cards in any denomination.

8th Grade: It’s Your Luck Day!
Scratch tickets in any denomination.
