  • Chairpersons Wanted - The Guild is actively seeking chair people for event chairpersons and committees for the 2017-2018 school year. The most important one right now is the Holiday Fair, scheduled for November 2017.
    • Volunteers Needed - This year we are asking all families to sign up for at least two events.   Lots of help is always needed! By everyone helping with at least two events, we can spread the work out to everyone.  Please complete and submit the attached sheet to the Guild based on what interests you most!  Click for Volunteer sign-up sheet.
    • Fundraising Ideas - The Guild Officers are always looking for suggestions on events and fundraisers.  All ideas are welcome! Please send any ideas you have to olvguild@gmail.com and we will look to bring them up at future meetings.
