Thank you for your interest in Our Lady of the Valley Regional School. Since its founding over fifty years ago, the school has focused on promoting intellectual, spiritual, and personal growth for each of its students. The school’s high school preparatory program emphasizes critical thinking and creative expression and has enabled students to be successful both academically and socially throughout their educational careers.
Our Lady of the Valley offers full and half day preschool for children who have celebrated their third birthdays and are fully toilet trained. Children entering Kindergarten during the 2019-2020 school year must be five years old by September 1, 2019. The academic school day for children in grades K-8 begins promptly at 8:40 and concludes at 2:50 pm. Transportation is available for students who are Uxbridge residents.
Open enrollment begins in late January for the upcoming school year. Open seats in grades 1-8 will be filled with first preference given to siblings, followed by children of alumni, and then on a first come, first served basis. New students may enroll throughout the school year as class size permits. All new students seeking admission are accepted based on academic, behavioral, and attendance records. Students applying for admission must bring a copy of their most recent report card, standardized test scores, birth certificate, baptismal certificate (if applicable), updated physical/immunization forms, and the non-refundable registration fee. Meeting with the principal and teacher is a part of the admission process for ALL new students. A ninety day probationary period applies to all new students.
