OLV welcomes new families to join our values based community rooted in academic excellence. We offer distinctive programs for all elementary levels including our Little Angels Preschool, Kindergarten through 6 and our Middle School Academy (grades 7-8).

See below for our Kindergarten program requirements and application process

• OLV offers one full-day Kindergarten class in the 2021-2022 academic year
• Children entering Kindergarten must be five (5) years of age by September 1, 2021

What you need to begin the enrollment process:

• Child’s Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
• Updated Immunization/physical forms signed by a doctor
• Non-refundable registration fee (made payable to OLV) at the time of registration.

Students are accepted into Kindergarten with final acceptance contingent upon displayed readiness on the Kindergarten entrance assessment.   

Please note existing preschool students, siblings of current students and children of alumni are given first preference on acceptance into the Kindergarten class. For remaining openings, applicants will be prioritized in order of registration. In the event Kindergarten registrations reach maximum class capacity, a waiting list will be created from those who have inquired and will be managed accordingly.

Student Enrollment for Grades 1 – 8 

All new students seeking admission in grades 1-8 will need to provide and are accepted based upon review of the following documents:

• Current academic records, current school report,  and attendance records. 
• Students applying for admission must provide a copy of their current and previous years’ report cards, copy of IEP/504 Plan (if applicable) standardized test results, birth certificate, baptismal certificate (if applicable), immunization/physical forms and a non-refundable registration fee. 

Please note first preference for admission in grades 1-8 will be given to siblings of current students, children of alumni and then be prioritized in order of registration interest.

Registration opens January 25, 2021 for returning families to allow our existing families enrollment priority. Open enrollment for new families begins on February 8, 2021.

We want to be sure our school is a good fit for you! Interviews with the Principal and Classroom Teacher may also be a part of the admission process for new students.  Inquiring families are also invited onto our campus and into our classrooms during scheduled Open Houses, tours, and shadow days to learn more about our mission and curriculum.  Take a minute to watch this brief video by clicking here to learn more about our OLV community and academics.
