Pay Your Fees Online!  Our Lady of the Valley School offers our parents the convenience of online payments through UniPay. With UniPay, you can choose to make a one-time payment or choose to become a registered user and take advantage of some great features including scheduling payments, saving payment information, viewing payment history and setting payment reminders.  It’s convenient, fast and secure!

1) Go to UNIpay Gold 

2) Select the fee you would like to pay.

3) Complete each screen to process your payment.

UniBank, our banking partner, will charge a nominal processing fee of $.50.


FACTS and Online Payment

OLV has partnered with FACTS to enable online payment of tuition and fees.  Click the FACTS logo below to go to the FACTS website to register and login.  PLEASE NOTE: ALL OLV Parents who are using FACTS MUST REGISTER before the July payment schedule begins.


Financial Aid 2020-2021

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment – Diocesan Schools for school year 2020-2021
  • The Diocese will begin accepting financial aid applications (your school’s link will be live for families to apply) on Monday, February 3, 2020.  We will provide at a later date, the deadline submit date to you as well as the date by which financial aid awards will be communicated to schools and families.
  • The application fee is $35.00. The following supporting documents (if applicable) are required to complete the application process:  copy of 2018  W2  Wage and Tax Statement and copy of 2018 IRS  Federal Form 1040. 
  •  International and pre-kindergarten students are not eligible to apply.
